    Great customer service!!! Some good sushi too but the customer service is what I remembered most about this place. The young man went over all the sushi options fir me being that it was my first time and was very thorough. He made sure he kept our glasses full and plenty of napkins on the table.

    A pleasant surprise tucked away in a quiet area with nice views and a great staff...Riley our server was very friendly and entertaining as well as efficient. The food was superb and the menu extensive. Always a score to find a good sushi place.

    Very good Sushi and good service as well. I've been here quite a few times and it's always consistent. Great spot for a quick, reasonably priced ayce lunch.

    Went here for lunch with my daughter after reading the good reviews. The price is comparable to every sushi provider in Reno, so the review I'm submitting is on service and quality, both of which were very good. You won't feel out of place here, the menu is easy to understand and the employees are polite and on top of things. The quality of the food is as good or better than any of the other sushi providers, with one exception being possibly the rolls at the sushi place inside of the Circus Circus. The best part about Rickshaw Sushi for me was the thick cuts of sushi on their nigiri menu. I didn't order sashimi this time around but I suspect that their sashimi cuts wouldn't be any less. It was very clean inside and overall a great place to eat.
